Hi, I’m Greg Johnson. My wife, Carol, and I are the owners of G Stiles Realty. 

This company began in 1977 as Georgia Stiles Realty. We purchased the business and renamed it G Stiles Realty in 1998, and since then, have dedicated our life’s work to building a team of real estate professionals that provide high quality realty and property management services to our community.

G Stiles Realty is not just another real estate office. We are a close-knit group of real estate brokers who take pride in putting people first. Over the years, most of our business has come from client referrals. People we’ve worked with send their friends, neighbors, and family members to us. That means we are doing something right. We are not the kind of brokerage that depends on walk-in traffic. Instead, we have built a reputation based on trust, performance, and follow-through.

Experience matters in this business, and at G Stiles Realty, we have plenty of it! Our brokers have a strong track record, and bring years of insight to every deal. Many of our clients have worked with us multiple times over the years, and that kind of loyalty is something we do not take for granted.

One of the things that sets our brokerage apart is the kind of brokers we welcome. At G Stiles Realty, I look for people who care more about helping clients than chasing commissions. I like to say we are in the business of turning mountains into molehills. Many times, buyers or sellers get worried about issues that seem huge at first glance. But with the right guidance, those problems often turn out to be small and manageable. Our job is to offer that perspective and help clients move forward with clarity.

From a business standpoint, we have worked hard to create a brokerage that supports our team instead of charging them excessive fees. We keep it simple for the brokers that work with us, using a simple commission split. That way, our team know exactly what to expect. They can focus on working with clients instead of worrying about what the brokerage is taking from their earnings. We believe in partnership, not pressure.

Another key part of our business model is personalized training. Every broker has different strengths. Some are great at cold calls. Others prefer open houses, online outreach, or referral networking. There is no one-size-fits-all approach. That’s why I work with each broker individually to build a plan that fits their goals. I ask them where they want to be in five years and what kind of income they hope to earn. Then we build a path to get there.

If a strategy isn’t working, we change it. If someone struggles with one method, we try another. The goal is progress. And as someone who has been in this industry for decades, I understand that persistence and adaptability are key. Real estate is a dynamic business. What worked five years ago may not work today. That is why ongoing learning, personal development, and strategic adjustments are built into how we operate.
