Jim Coon is a multi-year member of the Roseburg Million Dollar Sales Club, and combines 42+ years of Purchasing, Sales and Materials Management to help with your realtor needs. He has been a licensed Oregon realtor since 2003, specializing in Residential and Commercial real estate sales and Listing services with G Stiles Realty.
Jim is a 5th generation Oregonian whose Great, Great Grandfather came to Oregon for a second time in 1845. In a way Jacob L. Coon was like a Realtor. He knew where there was great land and how to get there. Through the generations of horseback ministry, tall timber faller and mill owner, Flying A and Mobile Oil service station owner and operator, and down to Jim, the first college graduate in his family…… hard work, honesty, good communication, client service and follow through have been the template to his success. One needs to treat people the way you would want to be treated and success will follow.
Jim is a graduate of Myrtle Creek High School and Southern Oregon University in Ashland. He is also a U.S. Army Signal Corps veteran of Thailand and South Korea and a life-member of VFW Post # 2468 in Roseburg, and a life-member supporting the National Home for our veterans and veteran families. Jim and his wife, Genee, have two grown daughters and enjoy free time with their 13 grandchildren.
Jim has achieved his GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute), ABR (the NAR’s Accredited Buyer Representative) and GREEN (the NAR’s Certified education course in Green Building and Green Real Estate).
