On January 1, 1998, Greg Johnson and his wife, Carol, purchased Georgia Stiles Realty, and renamed the firm G. Stiles Realty. Greg has been a Roseburg resident since 1965. He graduated from Roseburg High School in 1967, and from Oregon State University in 1972. Greg was part-owner of a construction company in Roseburg, and later worked as a field consultant for Douglas Farmers Co-op.  In 1990 he obtained his real estate license and has worked full time in the business since that date.

Understanding the importance of education to better serve his clients, Greg obtained his GRI (Graduate of the Realtors Institute) designation in 1992. In 1996 he received the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation from the Commercial/ Investment Real Estate Institute of the National Association of Realtors. Greg is the only broker in Douglas County, at this time, with the CCIM degree, and one of  approximately 7,000 world-wide.

Greg is very much involved with his family, wife Carol, three sons, Bryan, Matthew, and Nathaniel, and currently three granddaughters.  He is an active member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, a VIP member of the Roseburg Chamber Greeters. Greg is a long-time member of  the Umpqua Lions Club, having been Sight Committee Chairman, past club President, and Lion of the Year. Greg is the recipient of the International Lions Foundation's  Melvin Jones Fellow Award.
 
Greg is currently a member of the Board of Tax Appeals for Douglas County.  He has served as treasurer and director of the Douglas County Board of Realtors, president of the Douglas County Million Dollar Club, chairperson of the Realtors Education Committee, committee member for the Building Committee for the new RMLS/D.C. Board of Realtor Regional Headquarters Building, and was selected as Douglas County "Realtor of Year" for 2008.
