Thomas has lived in the Roseburg area for 2 years and is the father of 5 kids, with three currently attending college.

Thomas brings over 20 years of real estate experience to the office including 10 years' background as an owner/principal broker. His real estate experience is broad, having represented buyers and sellers in most general aspects of real estate but also including lot line adjustments, rezoning, partitioning, and sub-dividing land.  During most of Thomas' real estate career he lived near Bandon where he worked and gained most of his experience.  Before obtaining  his real estate license in 1988 Thomas served as the Langlois Water District Superintendent for 2-1/2 years.

Thomas enjoys searching for hidden value in real property which might be overlooked, especially in rural properties.  He enjoyed working with government at the state, county and city level to solve problems for buyers and sellers.  He's driven to innovate to gain competitive, advantages which serve to advance the interests of his clients.  Market knowledge, competence, and personal integrity are essential elements to the service he offers.
